- control what you eat. No sweets. No cookies.
- go out. do sports. at least 20 minutes/day: biking, swimming, jogging, workout, skates, snowboarding
- less alcohol
- sleep enaugh
- drink a lot of water and tea, always carry a bottle with you!
- in case of hunger: drink water, brush teeth, drink tea, eat a little :)
- never eat because you are bored
- really taste what you eat. when you eat concentrate only on eating.
