rules

  1. control what you eat. No sweets. No cookies.
  2. go out. do sports. at least 20 minutes/day: biking, swimming, jogging, workout, skates, snowboarding
  3. less alcohol
  4. sleep enaugh
  5. drink a lot of water and tea, always carry a bottle with you!
  6. in case of hunger: drink water, brush teeth, drink tea, eat a little :)
  7. never eat because you are bored
  8. really taste what you eat. when you eat concentrate only on eating.
