I failed and I need to do sports!

yesterday I failed totally with my goals. I had to work really long so that it was already dark when I came home (WHAT IS NO EXCUSE!). I had no real food until then so I was so so hungry and I ate a lot to much what was really a big mistake :( And I did no sport yesterday, it started sonowing again a lot and as I said it was already dark when I came home so I could not go jogging. I hope my sister will go snowboarding with me during the week or at least at the weekend.
I am creating a scedule for training at the moment so thumbs up :)

Probably this is going to be one of my workouts (I already posted it on Twitter)
