I wanted to be thinner for several years now. But I didn’t change anything about it until now. How is this possible?? I just mean, whyyyy?! Oh girl, why are you still not changing anything when it makes you that unhappy?
Probably just because I love food :P
Its not as if I never did anything for my weight. But never consequente enough. As I already said it is somehow a problem that I am that small. And in University there was no more time for sports, so I ended up playing soccer. There were a lot of parties with a lot of alcohol. Alcohol with a lot of calories.

So now it is definetly time for change. NOW. TODAY. AT THIS VERY MOMENT!
I already started to write down everything I ate in an app a few days ago. To control easier what I am eating. I definetly have to loose 10 kilos. I am scared that I will already be confident after 5 kilos or so just because it is already a result. That is why I start this blog now. Too see it truly written down: Here girl, that is the goal. 13 Kilos, not less!
And probably there are some kind people who are also interested in that thing.
To reach that I want to control what I eat, eat healthier and start sports again. Biking, swimming, jogging….
