Wonderful good morning everybody :)

Breakfast :) contains not sooo less calories and will make me hungry in a few hours again but it is very healthy and tasty and I got up really late so it is ok when I become hungry again by time^^
Smoothie, yogurt, kiwi and orange instead of chocolate musli with milk and coffee (Y)
