Finally finally I found time and motivativation and went running :)
I felt as if my body just had waited for moving. In former days I was doing a lot of sport but ate really wrong, so I think this is why I could start so good. It was really sunny, about 0°C, a bit ice on the way but it was perfect.
I took a way I never took before for jogging but it was so beautiful and refreshing, a feeling of freedom, it gave me a lot
Probably it was only a little little step on my way gaining a better body, it was only about 30 minutes, but i think in my head it was a great step because I could feel the absolutely positive effect of doing this.
