I was always not really thin, always a bit about regular and I don't really know what happened that I got really fast nearly 7 extra Kilos. So now I want to get down to 50 lilos. Probably that Sounds to light but I am a really small person an is in my BMI Zone so it is not to less. Maybe I got these kilos because I did less sport, was stressed and was more out with Friends what also means more beer ;D
I want To make a training plan now because it woun't work without sports. I was also thinking about going to the Gym but i prefer to train outside and i dont really like gyms besides that it is expensive and i am a poor Student ;D But training outside isnt that easy in winter :( but i really need to do a training plan. Tomorrow I will go snowboarding with my sister what is a really good start, I think because at boarding you dont think about how much sports you do, you only do it and have fun :) And I just did 100 sit ups what is also a start, I want to do them every evening now just before sleeping.
Eating was good today, I just had a wonderful tasty salad for dinner.
In the shape up App it Shows you with flashlights how sucessfull your day was and I finally could make two Green days in a row that really motivates me to get a whole green week.
So I think I will write more tomorrow, good night peeps.
