Some days I hate all humans -.-

today I was very demotivated because it stresses me all somehow a lot these days. I am thinking too much about weight I think, probably because I have holidays and not enaugh else to do :P
Furthermore I got my flat canceled wich means I dont know where to live and it seems as if I have to move to my parents what is very frustrating. Sometimes live is really unfair. (ah and my computer is broken, aaaw too much bad luck at once -.-)


Nevertheless I want to keep going on. I got better control about what I eat in the last days because I am documenting everything in the ShapeUp Club App. This App is very practical and easy to use. Some features are only free when you pay for it but I dont want to pay so I only use the low version but this also works good:) So if you think about counting calories I can suggest you this app, for me it works really well :) It also creates diagrams about your sucess and so on so it is motivating and really helpful, just look up for it at the App Store, its for free :)
You can also use it via http://www.shapeupclub.com/ but I prefer to document directly after eating and not when I am sitting at the computer ;)

Now I "just" have to start doing sports again. I dont know why but I am so unmotivated to do sports these days. Probably bacause I dont like to the gym because I dont like gyms in general and outside is a lot of snow and its really cold. But it is so important to do sports if you want to loose weight. I know that and so I dont understand myself why I am hiding behind this stupid "explanation" that it is too cold -.- When I didnt study I did a lot of sport, sometimes every day so I really have to get up my ass and do sports!
