I didn't loose a lot of weight already but I think in my head I already made progress.
I am controling much better now what I eat, I am thinking about it before I eat, it can still be better but it is already better than it was.
Furthermore I am drinking much more water and tea now. At all I am drinking more now and much healthier, that makes me really happy :)
And how I wanted to do, I was thinking more about doing sports and made a plan and motivated myself to do sports. Today I went boarding, tomorrow I
I believe in myself now. I know I really want it. And I know I can do it. I know I am strong and it will make me even stronger!
