Why am I like this?

I am quite disappointed about me. I ate too much, I wasn't jogging, I wanted to do a workout but couldn't motivate me.
It is so weird.
In the evening I am always much more motivated than in the mornig when I really had time and could do something, I am depressing myself, why do I do this to me?! WHY??

For the weekend I will stay at a friend's hous what will mean, that I won't do any sports again and will eate what they want to eat (but hopefully less). Oh man It is making me crazy and I am scared that I will stop thinking about my goals, when university starts on monday again.
ARRRRRG! I really want to make some progress now! It is definetly time for, probably not my whole head did understand this already for all the time :(
Come on, get up, get your ass up, fight for it!
Especially sports is the problem what I really don't understand, when I was younger sports was absolutely no problem but eating was. oh my gosh.
